Service is confirmed only when the minimum required number of passengers is met (Minimum required: 25 passengers).

In the event of not meeting the minimum required number of passengers, the service may be canceled or integrated with nearby routes.

In case of service cancellation, individual notifications will be sent to applicants of the respective route, and a full refund will be provided.

During route consolidation, when passenger numbers are low, routes may be merged to optimize service. Please note that this may result in extended travel time due to additional stops.

Shuttle bus reservations are available regardless of concert ticket purchases.

~8/17 (Thursday):   Until Free cancellation available.

~8/23 (Wednesday):   50% cancellation fee.

From 8/24 (Thursday) onwards:   Non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).

Actual boarding and arrival times may vary due to traffic conditions and inclement weather.

For return trips, departure times may be subject to change based on the conclusion of the event.

Boarding fees will not be refunded for cases where boarding was not possible due to lateness or personal circumstances.

Please note that changes to submitted applications are not possible; kindly reapply after cancellation. (Cancellation fees apply if canceled after the free cancellation period).

Boarding passes must be reserved in advance; same-day on-site reservations are not available.
